Chaussons au thon

Voici ma première recette salée sur mon blog.

Je suis assez contente du résultat.

Pour 4/5 grands chaussons il faut :

- 140 g de thon en boîte

- 3 parts de vache qui rit

- une tomate coupée en morceau

- du sel et poivre

Et le plus c'est d'avoir le chausson party (tupperware) qui vous aide à relier la pâte.

Mélanger le thon, la vache qui rit, les dés de tomate et le sel et poivre dans un saladier.

Couper la pâte feuilletée en 4 et garnir la pâte avec la farce.

Fermer le plus fort possible pour que la jointure se fasse correctement.

Napper de jaunes d'oeufs.

Laisser cuire environ 10 minutes à 190°.

Voici le résultat :)

Beaucoup de déclinaisons sont possibles. J'en ai fait au chocolat banane, mais j'ai oublié de prendre une photo, ils ont été mangé très vite ^^.

Hi there !

Everybody know BURGER KING !!!!
But this fast food has disappeared 15 years ago from France. But more exactly since 7 months 2 restaurants are going back to France : one at Marseille Aeroport, and the other one on the highway in Reims (A4).

Open your eyes now !!!! The most important thing is the opening of Burger King in PARIS !!
Yes PARIS !!!! Ouffff ! a lot of people are waiting for it :)

So the idea place for this fast food is at the St Lazare Gare : almost the middle of Paris, a lot of tourists, a lot of parisiens, workers ...
The area restaurant is about 450m2 with 2 floors, I can't wait for it !

I was in the street last week end near Bastille and I saw a lot of policemen and I was wondering what was happening. So I kept walking in the street and I saw a huge concert on the Bastille place with a lot of people.

Miss Tic is an artist born in February 1956 in Paris. She has begun to put these works in Paris since 1985. She had a very difficult childhood with the dead of her parents and brother. 

World kissing day !

Hi again,

today it's the world kissing day ! So if you love someone just kiss him/her.
I know you don't need to wait this day but it's like the Valentine's day. I think all couples celebrate it. More romantic for some people :)

So The World day of kiss was born in the 90's, and it's today : the 6 of July.

You know a kiss as some virtues:

For a kiss you need around 20 muscles. So a longggggg kiss burnes calories :)

Garnier Palace (Le Palais Garnier)

The other day I visited the Paris Opera. It really really worth it !! I enjoyed a lot, it's so beautiful.

Short history :
The Paris Opera (or L'Opéra de Paris in French) was founded in 1669 by Louis XIV.
There were some projects of renovation works in Paris organized by Napoléon III.
The Paris Opera one of these projects which were supervised by Baron Haussmann and Charles Garnier won it (he was unknown, and 35 years old).
The works lasted 15 years from 1860 to 1875.
The name of this monument was The Paris Opera for a long time but with the opening of the Bastille Opera (in 1989, in Paris as well) we call the Paris Opera by the name of its architect : Garnier.
The Garnier Palace is listed historical monument since October 1923.

Each years, the Garnier Palace presents about 380 performances of opera, ballet and other concerts.

Some ideas about your get together this week end in Paris.

Like everybody know it's the sales in France. But I hate to do shopping especially when it's the sales, too much people, you have to wait a lot of time in order to see if the clothes suit you ! So boring haha.

So let's see some more interesting plans :

From 29 june to 07 July it's the Jazz Festival in "La Défense" you can go there with the line 1 or RER A. It's not so far and it's free !
La Défense is a business district near Paris. There are a lot of buildings there and a huge mall with a lot of shops and a huge parvis. And it's there that it's going to be the festival.

So here is the program :

People can play as they want. It is a very nice idea.

Crazy parrot !!!

Hi there !

Remember ! in a post about the bread festival in Paris, I said to you that I walked about 20 km !! so crazy..

And it was around the 9 May (FYI it's the Europe day), so the Hôtel de Ville of Paris (City Hall of Paris) looked different : flags...
By the way, the weather looked different too haha

But the most attractive 'thing' was the PARROT !! 

It was so crazy haha. I have a picture I like a lot (it's the second one)

SO CRAZY ! haha

This is a French page but you just have to watch the pictures. It's about the cellphone in some persons life. They can't do anything without it : they have to text when they are with friends, at a date, at the cinema ... Sometimes it is very ridiculous !

New flavors of Macaron from Lenôtre

Hi there !

The other day, I was in Paris with a friend and we saw the shop "Lenôtre".
The first shop was opened in Paris in 1957. This company is founded by Gustave Lenôtre.

Here is the macaron I bought :

The flavor is strawberry with basil. When I was reading the flavor, I didn't want to try this one but I found it very beautiful. 

So I decided to taste it. And I wasn't disappointed; yes it's little weird but it's worth it !

There are other new flavors like : apricot with lavanda, lemon with jasmine. Maybe I will taste its later :)

Poor kitten :s

This video deals with a kitten which was born with 2 heads in the USA.
The name of the kitten is Duecy. It was rejected by its mother !

Reflets / Palais de Tokyo

Palace of Tokyo (or the Palais of Tokyo) is located in Paris, near the Trocadéro.
This monument was inaugurated in 1932.

From 29 May to 3 June 2013, there was the exhibition "Reflets"(reflection in English), it was free for everybody.

        

This exhibition is about jewelry, it was very beautiful. I have chosen some pictures :

Ebony and yellow gold 750 ‰, diamonds and ruby

yellow gold and white gold 750 ‰, diamants, fire opal,  moonstone, sapphires.  

Necklace " Crabomard" with 2 real crab clips and a saphir necklace 

Necklace, diadem and ring in white gold 750 ‰ and diamants. 

Lenticular printing : to have image in relief. For this picture, 60 pictures were generated, gathered and compressed in order to have one picture (printed in high resolution). Picture realized by Alioscopy company. 

Necklace "Splendour swan" in yellow gold 750 ‰ with 40.04 carats of diamants and downs.
